About the event
Join two licensed Physical Therapists for an interactive session focused on both you and your baby. While we share expert tips, play strategies, and setup ideas to make tummy time enjoyable for your little one, our pelvic floor PT will guide moms through post-birth recovery, core re-engagement, and practical pelvic health advice. Connect with other mothers, get your questions answered, and learn evidence-based movement strategies in a supportive environment.
