​If you’re here, chances are you’ve been up late scrolling Instagram or TikTok, trying to figure out if your baby is on track. You’ve seen a hundred different opinions and still feel unsure. I want you to know you don’t have to do this alone.

I’m passionate about helping new parents feel confident in supporting their baby’s development. There is so much information out there, and it can be overwhelming. My goal is to help you put the phone down and give you real, step-by-step strategies that actually work, all rooted in what’s developmentally appropriate and backed by clinical experience.

For years, I have worked with families just like yours, helping babies reach key motor milestones like rolling, sitting, crawling, and walking. Beyond the milestones, I’m here to listen, guide you, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
