About the event
Join Mercedes, your local pediatric physical therapist, at 1 Gym 4 All for an interactive class for parents. This class uses hands-on strategies and 1:1 guidance to help babies reach their milestones and provides a space to connect with other parents of young children. Parents will leave with exercises they can start implementing with their little ones right away!
First 45 minutes will be the pre-walker class and the rest of the time is open play!
