Do you accept insurance?

A receipt (Superbill) can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance company.  Some medically necessary services may be reimbursable by your insurance provider if you have out of network benefits. Contact your insurance company prior to booking/payment for your benefits.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept credit/debit card electronic payments as well has HSA/FSA payments.

Do you accept clients from any state?

I can only provide physical therapy services to clients living in New Jersey and New york.​​
